# Review request: two fixes (PR #465, PR #140)

Hi team,

I opened two small fixes today and would appreciate a review when someone has time. Each one links its issue, includes a test that fails before the change and passes after, and has green CI.

Fixes agent-vault #445. govulncheck on main reports 8 reachable vulnerabilities in grpc, otel and x/net. This bumps them to fixed versions (all 0 reachable now) and adds a govulncheck job to CI so new ones get caught. Race tests pass on Linux.

[Infisical/kubernetes-operator#140 · fix(template): fail on a missing…](https://github.com/Infisical/kubernetes-operator/pull/140)

Fixes kubernetes-operator #121. A template that references a secret missing in Infisical was rendered as the literal text no value, with the reconcile still reporting success. Templates now fail with a clear error instead.
